Registered Manager (RGN)
Salary: £50-60K + performance-based bonus up to £5K
Camden

As the Clinical Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of our established office. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Clinical CareGivers and Non-Clinical CareGivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care directly to Clients in their own homes.
Support individuals with a range of complex medical needs and varying levels of dependency. Provide training and supervision in the provision of delegated tasks including medication administration, wound care, catheter care, PEG and stoma care and diabetes management in a home setting.
Continuously work to ensure clinical excellence, offering personalised care and support to Clients. Develop and oversee tailored care plans, ensuring all homecare services meet the highest standards. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim to maintain "Outstanding"
Manage scheduling to meet Client needs and deliver exceptional care

About You

Hold current, unrestricted NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse
Hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership.
Experience writing comprehensive care plans.
Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
Proven leadership in care management
Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car preferred
Passionate about homecare or interested in transitioning into home-based nursing roles.
