We have an exciting opportunity within the Business Support and Projects Team supporting our Adult Social Care (ASC) internal provider services for an Apprentice Business Support Officer.

You will need to demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Good computer knowledge and experience of Office 365 or equivalent is ideal.

We are seeking a self-motivated business administrator to join our Business Support Team that provides business administrative support within the following ASC provider services across the Isle of Wight:

Adelaide (Ryde)
Community Outreach & Reablement (Island wide: Main office based in Newport)
Gouldings (Freshwater)
Plean Dene (Shanklin)
Saxonbury (Freshwater)
Shared Lives (Island wide: Main office based in Newport)
Westminster House (Newport)
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

Demonstrable team working skills.
Strong verbal communication skills – able to liaise at all levels.
Good word processing and numeracy skills.
A good eye for detail and meticulous approach to workloads.
Ability to work to strict deadlines in a high-performance environment.
Previous experience working within a business / administration environment is desirable.
English and Maths level 2 or GCSE Equivalent is desirable but not essential as the successful candidate will be expected to work toward and complete this before their end point assessment apprenticeship level 3.
