Role Overview:
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining compliance with all CQC regulations, managing a team of care professionals, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will be pivotal in leading by example, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in line with our organisation’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to deliver exceptional care.
Quality Assurance: Uphold and exceed CQC standards, ensuring a safe, person-centred environment for all service users.
Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, resources, and service delivery to achieve operational targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

What We Are Looking For:
Ideally Level 5 NVQ or working towards this
CQC Registered Manager with proven experience in managing a health and social care setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
