Job Summary

Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individual to join our team of administrators. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills and a positive attitude. While experience in the NHS and knowledge of TPP SystmOne is desirable, it is not essential, as training will be provided. This is a part-time position requiring 24-28 hours per week. Flexibility to cover colleagues' holidays and sickness is essential. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff. Previous reception experience is desirable, and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure is crucial. Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must.

  • Answer phone calls and address patient queries

  • Complete repeat prescriptions
