Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with staff and other professionals.
Encourage and support residents in engaging in recreational and social activities.
Monitor residents' behaviors and well-being, and report any changes to appropriate staff members.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of residents' progress and incidents as required.
Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of a relevant qualification in health or social care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Experience working in a residential care environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and compassion for individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.
Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety regulations in a residential care setting.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Hours Per Week: 18.00
Start Time: 22:00
End Time: 23:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.69
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
