Position: Care Worker
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Shift: Days and Nights

Job Description:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals within a healthcare setting. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient well-being, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to the people in care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Help patients with mobility and provide assistance in moving and transferring.
Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including changing bedding and tidying rooms.
Ensure the safety and well-being of patients by following established protocols and procedures.
One to Ones
Personal Care

Valid training and certification is required for an immediate start. if not training can be provided.
A valid Enhanced DBS certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service), demonstrating a clean criminal record.
Previous experience in a healthcare or social care setting is highly desirable.

Working hours for the role are: 5 out of 7 days a week this will include one weekend on one weekend off.

The role will be working days and 12 hour shifts each day.
