Female Support Worker

£13.20 per hour

Full Time - 37.5hrs a week including sleep ins

Warrington WA4 (10min Drive From Warrington Hospital)

Full UK driving licence Essential (Manual)

Who will I be supporting?

We have a social lady in her 40s who loves shopping, spending time with friends and family and especially loves a bit of Karaoke & music.

She has a learning disability and you will also need to provide emotional reassurance when experiencing behaviours of distress - full positive behaviour support training is provided but previous experience is preferred.

A positive & patient support worker with an upbeat can do attitude would be a wonderful match.

What will I be doing?

She would like support to live her life how she chooses and to achieve her goals.

You'll be involved in helping to increase their independent living skills, especially when getting involved around home.

You will be supporting with varying degrees of personal care, food preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, laundry and some mobility support.

Shift Patterns:

Long Day Sleep-In Shift:11am - 11am the following day (includes sleep-in shift)

Day Shift: 10am - 6pm

Sleep-In Shift: 10pm - 8am (£50 per shift)

We are looking for full flexibility across all shift patterns.

Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
