Working to the Chief Nursing Officer, the post holder will provide leadership to the Organisation for a designated part of the Chief Nursing Officers portfolio, working with the Care Organisation leadership teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Quality Improvement, Patient Experience and Engagement, along with Patient Safety to ensure service objectives are implemented throughout the organisation and that there is demonstrable continuous improvement in both patient safety and standards of care.

TheDirector of Nursing for Innovation and Continuous Clinical Improvementis accountable for the development of Innovation and Continuous Clinical Improvement and will also support the delivery of the professional nursing agenda.

They will have leadership and management of corporate services as designated from the Chief Nursing Officers portfolio. They will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the PSIRF agenda.
