KPi Education is seeking a determined Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with special educational needs either 1-to-1 or in small groups. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will act as a positive role model and personalise your teaching methods to suit all abilities.

• 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Health and Social care or related field
• Some experience working with young people would be beneficial
• A passion for supporting students with special educational needs
• Patience and resilience
• Behavioural change management
• Sensitivity and understanding of individual needs
