Learning Disabilities & Autism Service – Building Lives of Independence and Well-Being

As a Senior Practitioner, you will oversee a manageable caseload of complex work, utilising person-centred practice principles for assessment, support planning, and review.

With a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a social care setting, you should demonstrate extensive professional development since qualification. Holding a DipSW level qualification or its equivalent, along with Social Work England registration, which is essential.
