The post holder will be responsible for the Commissioning and Implementation of the IPS employment support services for people with Serious Mental Illness across Greater Manchester. This will include the implementation and mobilisation of the contract currently out to tender and the future commissioning and implementation of contracts associated with this project. The successful candidate will have experience of commissioning and mobilising services in a health, employment, or social care environment and of successful project delivery across a complex landscape. They will need to demonstrate a track record that includes excellent project management and delivery skills, be able to negotiate and resolve complex issues, have the ability to meet exacting deadlines, and the ability to forge positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders from a wide variety of backgrounds.
