A little about myself:
I am a chatty and happy Gentleman living in the marina area of Swansea. I am looking for a PA with a good sense of humour and cheerful personality to support me, as I have limited movement. This does not affect my personality.
Hours of work 9 hours.
I need support in the mornings before work and in the evenings during the week.
Rate of pay.
£12.75 employed.
£16.28 Self-employed
Tasks involved.
I need support to apply cream to legs prior to helping me put my medical compression tights on. Support with basic dressing. Making breakfast, light household duties if required.

Concerning the position
You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where the applicant is eligible.
If self-employed will need to evidence UTR number and personal liability insurance to cover the post. An extensive contract would need to be drawn up between you and the Direct Payment Client that states clearly the weekly hours. Notice periods for cancellations and terminations and Rates of pay. You would then have a duty of care to ensure that the needs of the client are met.
