Role: Senior Support WorkerLocation: Conkers, MirfieldSalary: £13.54/hr plus great benefits and enhanced rates of pay for overtime and bank holidaysHours: 24 or 36 hour contracts available
Please note this role does require you to have experience in leading a team within a social care setting, but additional training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Conkers is a lively and welcoming 7 bed residential home for Young Adults who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. We are looking for some amazing new people to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker at Conkers, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day to day duties will include:

Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
Promoting person-centred, high quality care
Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
Administering and auditing medication(s)
