We have an opportunity available for a Fixed Term Psychological Wellbeing Support Worker to join the team at Lyne House based in Warrington, Cheshire WA2 7JB

Salary: £12.75 hourly

Hours: 30 weekly

Responsibilities
To assist in the delivery of Making Space aims and objectives to deliver a professional service by providing Mental Health support to those under the Wellbeing First project. The aim will be to improve service users wellbeing and Mental Health in line with contract targets and outcomes.

To provide the agreed level of support to appropriate service users who are referred to by Plus Dane Housing Employees, whilst ensuring that the support provided is of the highest professional and person centred standards. The majority of this support will be computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) based on wellbeing and managing low mood and other social stressors.

To maintain accurate and up to date record keeping and reporting, to ensure concerns are reported. Ensure that there is compliance with any statutory requirements, and adoption of best practice principles, for example, the completion of risk assessments, support plans and reviews and escalation of any safeguarding concerns, in consultation with your Manager.

Qualifications
Our main priority for any new colleague is to find people who share similar values and attitudes to our own, however working within a health and social care environment and experience of supporting individuals who are experiencing mental ill health is essential.

Please note, candidates should have a willingness to work towards Level 2 Health and Social Care, as well as a recognised qualification in Psychology or a willingness to work towards.
