We are looking for a passionate Social Worker dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. As a qualified social worker with current Social Work England registration, you will bring your drive and commitment to our supportive team. Our Community Team for people with a learning disability and autism is committed to improving outcomes for the people we support. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment and possesses strong organisational skills, creativity and effective communication abilities when working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Key responsibilities...

You will hold a case load of people with learning disabilities and autism and will be required to fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service. The post involves assessment, support planning and review, direct work with people who have a learning disability and or autism as well as general case management duties. You will also be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable remote working.
