We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join us!

This is a part-time, permanent role with hybrid working.

This an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Business Support Team.

The Role:
To provide administrative support to the Adult Social Care directorate management team.

Your role will involve:
Organising and maintaining secure business processes specifically related to complaints, compliments Member and MP Enquiries and Freedom of Information requests.
Preparing and maintaining the agenda and action log for the weekly management meeting.
Providing business support and administration to the Assistant Directors in Adult Social Care.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails, organising meetings, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes, updating action logs and ensuring documents are accessible on the RBWM website.
Take minutes during meetings, write up and distribute including HR, safeguarding, and other internal meetings.

What we are looking for:
An individual who has experience of managing responses to correspondence and direct contact from people.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
A good understanding of IT with skills including MS Office, word, excel, spreadsheets.
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
