A little about myself:
I am a teenage boy living in Morriston. I attend school daily. I have epilepsy but have not had a seizure in two years, I also have autism. I am quiet but like talking about things that I like. I also like gaming and playing games on my Xbox and oculus. I am looking for a young PA.

Driver required to take me out.

Male / female preferred.

Hours of work
Monday 4.30pm – 7 pm

Rate of pay.
£12.75

Essential:
I need you to:

• Drive me to the club I attend and pick me up. (location can change weekly )

Desirable
I’d prefer if:

• You have previous experience.

I’d like support with
• Driving me to and from a club I attend on a Monday evening.

I will need my PA to:

Respect and understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Be confident, mature and have patience.
Be dependable and arrive on time.
Be friendly with an easy-going manner.
Be adaptable and flexible.
Be supportive but not take over.
Have business insurance on your car to take clients out.

Concerning the position

A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
