Roche Home Care are looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator to join our fantastic team at Wharfedale View, Extra Care, Yeadon Leeds
Hours: 40hrs per week, flexibility required, including weekends, provide on call support
NVQ level 4 is required with previous management experience and Domiciliary experience
Salary: £12.50phr
Must be car driver & owner
We provide a range of care and support services for our tenants living at Wharfedale view. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own
Working as part of a team and often alongside colleagues in health, for example, nurses and occupational therapists, you will provide management support to people who use our service
Diploma level 3/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or a willingness to work towards.
Ability to provide person centred care that empowers and enables individuals to remain independent.
A desire to make a positive contribution and ensure older people has the same opportunities as others.
Honesty and Integrity, Good observational skills, An ability to remain calm in a crisis.
Punctuality and a good attendance record.
Satisfactory DBS disclosure and check against the Independent safeguarding authority list.
Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Able to work on call on a rota base
