Nursing Home Care Coordinator

Location: Wroxham, Norfolk

Pay: £15.00 per hour

About the Role
Minerva Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable nursing home, for a Care Coordinator. This is a crucial role for someone passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care. As a Care Coordinator, you will oversee and organise care for residents, ensuring their needs, preferences, and goals are prioritised.
Key responsibilities include organising shifts, administering and recording medications, coordinating with health professionals, and maintaining detailed computerised care plans. You will also assist with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Proven experience in supervising a care team.
• Empathy and sensitivity towards residents’ individual needs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Flexibility regarding shift patterns and responsibilities.

Education and Qualifications
• Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
