About The Role
Care & Support Assistant Team.
Pay rate : £11.75 - £12.50 per hour.
Hours: Full time, part time and bank (alternate weekend working)
Due to continued expansion we are looking to welcome kind, caring and compassionate people to support our residents at Fern Brook Lodge residential care home, which is a hub for the community in Gillingham and the surrounding villages of North Dorset.

What you will be doing:

- Delivering excellent person centred care.
- Supporting & encouraging our residents to remain as independent as possible.
- Providing elements of personal care including washing & dressing where needed.
- Building relationships and providing companionship
- Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the home.

Who we are looking for:
We want you to have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You'll need to be naturally compassionate and understanding of others.
Previous care experience is not essential . A full induction and training programme will be provided to support you.
