Can you support us in improving the wellbeing, mental health and confidence of adults with autism?

We are looking for an Autism Support Coordinator. As the first point of contact for referrals from Norfolk County Council’s social care team the role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of a flexible, person-centred service to autistic adults that will include drop-in support and scheduled appointments with allocated Autism Support Coaches. The post holder will possess a good understanding of the needs of autistic adults alongside excellent organisational, administrative and customer service skills.

The coordinator will also assist in the delivery of the service including supporting the Autism Support Coaches with sickness/holiday cover by working directly with participants via electronic/phone/email/face-to-face mediums to ensure continuous engagement and wrap-around support.
