Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker for our Supported Living Service Pump Piece in Hereford

This position is 3 Night shifts per week including alternating weekends.

About the role

As a Support Worker you will be supporting individuals with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) and Mild Learning disabilities. The role may include manual handling, medication administration, personal care, food preparation, household tasks, supporting individuals to keep in contact with family and friends, accessing the community and attending appointments. We provide support for daily living skills and help support with socialisation.

We recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is person centred and tailored to their needs.
