Children’s Social Care are recruiting to two Team Coordinator positions of whom provide a high quality, efficient and responsive business support to multi-disciplined children, young people and their families Social Worker Teams. Team Coordinators are actively involved in day to day administrative support, excellent organisational skills are required, an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines. You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of working in a busy environment.
Responsibilities of a Team Coordinator include arranging complex meetings, minute taking, processing request for services, financial payments, updating information on Liquidlogic.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience is essential, you must have excellent IT experience, the role can be emotionally demanding and you must be able to maintain confidentiality.
2 Team Coordinator positions are available:
Fostering Service – Kenworthy House -37 hours, full time permanent.
Leaving Care – Kenworthy House - 18.5 hours, part time fixed term (Wed pm, Thursday, Friday) until 31/10/2025 to cover a secondment.
Hybrid working arrangements are in place.
