Job Title: Labourer



Contract Type: Permanent



Salary: £29,746.49



Working Hours: 40 hours



Working Pattern: Monday - Friday



Location: North London/Essex

The difference you will make as a Labourer

We’re looking for a Labourer to join our friendly team to assist our qualified trades team to carry out a full range of works on customer properties in the North London/Essex areas. You’ll play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer service to the residents of Riverside Housing properties.





About you



We are looking for someone with:



  • Full UK driver’s license and at least one year’s experience of driving

  • Health and safety awareness

  • Strong work ethic

  • Support different trades to undertake day to day repairs

  • Moving materials

  • Keeping sites clean and tidy

  • Adhoc Labouring duties where required


Person specification



  • Confident working at heights

  • Physically robust


Knowledge, Skills and Experience



  • Previous experience of labourer tasks

  • Previous experience working at height


Essential

Desirable



  • Previous experience working in a social housing environment

  • Previous trade experience
