I am looking for a kind and supportive Personal Assistant to help me with day-to-day activities and make life a little easier. I’m a lady in my early 50s, living with bipolar disorder, ME and diabetes. I enjoy spending time with my pets and appreciate a relaxed, supportive environment.

Job Description:

Accompanying me to hospital and doctor’s appointments.

Person specification

Essential:

Must have a car with a full UK driving license holder with appropriate business insurance cover, or there is also the option of using my husband’s mobility car (if you are over 25).

The ideal candidate would require calming, reassuring, caring and patience.

Good organizational skills and non-judgemental.

The person I employ must have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of work including total respect for my privacy.

A good sense of humour and a love for animals, as I have dogs, cats, and ducks (don’t worry, the ducks live outside!).

Comfortable with flexible daily tasks, as no two days are the same.

Understanding of mental health conditions like bipolar disorder and physical conditions like ME, which can affect what I’m able to do on certain days
