NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

SEA is an exciting and rapidly expanding organisation that is committed to providing very high-quality Support/Care services to people who are Deaf and Deafblind.

Salary Range: £28,500 - £32,500 per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (home-based, with some travel required)
Annual Leave: 33 days per year (inc bank holidays)

SEA seek to employ a New Business Development Manager
• To market current and new services,
• To develop partnerships with external organisations which promote the growth of SEA
• To set up new packages of care from point of referral to 12 weeks after the support has started
• To participate in the growth and development of services at a strategic level.
It is essential that the New Business Development Manager has experience of managing a health and social care service with d/Deaf and Deafblind people. You will also need experience in person centred support planning, completing risk assessments, setting agreed outcomes on care packages and to demonstrate that you have set up packages of care. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to develop partnerships with multi- disciplinary professionals.
