We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion to improve outcomes for children and young people who need it most. You will provide bespoke, targeted,and responsive support for pupils that are displaying challenging behaviour.

We are working with a partner secondary school in the Swansea area. The school are looking for staff with experience of dealing with challenging behaviour in children and/or have qualfiications in positive behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:

To identify, engage and mentor pupils who display challenging behaviour.
