Role: Female Community Care Worker

Location: Aberaeron

Pay: from £15.75 to £19.69 depending on shift and role

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. What You’ll Do

As a Female Community Care Worker, you’ll be delivering care that is truly person-centred, including:

- Personal Care and Support: Assisting adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity

- Companionship: Being a friendly face and a comforting presence

- Live-in Care: Providing 24/7 support for those who need it most

- Promoting Independence: Empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible

- Medication Support: Ensuring safe and timely administration of medication

- Specialist Clinical Care: Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence

- Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offering compassionate care during life’s most challenging moments

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who have:

- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK

- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably

- The right to work in the UK

- A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle

- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)

- This position requires applicants to be registered with Social Care Wales (SCW)
