JOB DESCRIPTION

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a loving 18 year old man living in the Rhydyfelin area of Pontypridd with my family and my 3 cats. I enjoy the outdoors and love to be out in open spaces as this is where I feel more relaxed.

I enjoy listening to music but my favourite is pop that I often listen to through my IPODS and I find listening to music calms me down when I’m am feeling anxious.

I have autism and can sometimes be challenging but can be calmed down quite quickly with my music, I am double incontinent so I will need help with my personal care if we are out.

I like being in the outdoors but I don’t like being around large crowds of people as this makes me anxious so our time out would be planned not to be around large crowds of people.

PURPOSE OF JOB

I would like a PA to support me when I am out in the community and to social activities in the area and to help me plan our time together. It will also give my dad some respite as he is my full time carer.
