About the Role:As a Support Worker, you will be working with four lovely ladies who enjoy living life to the fullest! They love pamper sessions, going shopping, spending time with their families, and getting out into the local community. Your role will be to provide them with the support they need to continue enjoying their independence while ensuring their needs are met in a warm, friendly, and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Assist with planning and attending fun activities, such as shopping trips, pampering days, and family visits
- Encourage and facilitate engagement in community activities, ensuring they feel included and empowered
- Help maintain their independence by providing emotional support and guidance where needed
- Liaise with families and other care professionals to ensure a person-centered approach is delivered
What We Are Looking For:- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in care or support work is not essential - full training will be provided
- Must be flexible with working hours (evenings and weekends will be required)
