If you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals living with diabetes then join our innovative team as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse and play a crucial role in transforming healthcare delivery.

In this dynamic position, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment plans for patients with diabetes, ensuring that they receive the best possible care. Your expertise will extend beyond direct patient interactions; you will also develop and deliver specialised education and training to fellow healthcare professionals and caregivers. By sharing your knowledge, you will empower others to excel in diabetes management, contributing to a more informed and effective care environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a wide spectrum of services, including our antenatal clinic, young persons’ clinic, insulin pump program, and inpatient support services. This diverse exposure will allow you to implement evidence-based, high-quality practices that genuinely make an impact.
