Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients'
health status and identify any changes.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that address
patients' specific needs and goals.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications accurately and safely,
following all protocols and procedures.
• Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies as
needed
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as
doctors, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to
patients
Requirements:
• Active NMC registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
