Qualifications and training GCSE in Maths and English or Equivalent Good knowledge across a range of health or social care settings Experience Excellent keyboard / PC skills including effective use of Microsoft Office Experience of working for and within a team Previous experience in customer service or reception Experience of dealing with non-routine and complex problem solving Ability to produce Excel spreadsheets or Work documents. Experience of working with Allscripts, Sunrise and other NHS systems Working knowledge of KOMS (cancer database) Experience of working within Cancer Relevant health or social care experience at Band 3 or equivalent Skills Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Ability to communicate with, co-ordinate and liaise with a multidisciplinary team Ability to remain calm in a busy environment whilst working under pressure Able to make judgements involving facts or situations requiring some analysis Data entry, text processing, storage of data, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to the needs of a changing service.
