IDIDIT Health and Social Care Wellbeing Solutions are a new Supported Living Support and Care Company, and we are looking for staff to work with us to support two amazing young ladies who are moving into their very own home in the Yeadon/Guiseley area.

Working as a Learning Disability Support Worker no two days are ever the same: you'll be part of a friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking new company from the start supporting two wonderful young ladies with Learning Disabilities.

You need to be enthusiastic and creative about participating with and supporting these ladies with their hobbies and interests which can include a whole array of different activities. While having experience in supporting clients with learning disability, autism and challenging behaviours is something we are interested in – we are just as interested in your values and why you want to do this role and work with us.

You will receive excellent training, opportunities for development and have a helpful team behind you to support you every step of the way. We pay inline with the Real Living Wage Foundation - this is at £12.00 per hour - we will not pay you less because you are under 23 - we believe that a fair days work deserves a fair days pay


As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of the individual, shift patterns may include up to 24 hour shifts, sleep-ins and public holidays. However, we will ensure that your rota is balanced. We a looking for people who can commit a minimum of 20 hours a week.

All we’ll need you to bring is:

• A caring and compassionate attitude

• Reliability – this is vital for consistency

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Confidence in the use of computers
• Ability to do sleep ins
• Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of the individual, shift patterns may include up to 24 hour shifts, sleep-ins and public holidays. However, we will ensure that your rota is balanced. We a looking for a minimum of 20 hours a week.

When sleep-in support is required these sleep-ins are not included in your contracted hours, so you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of £56 per night for each sleep-in worked. We would need you to be able to commit to a minimum of 2 sleep ins per week.
