Are you looking for a meaningful role with job security and a regular paycheck? Maybe you've worked in social care before and are ready for a new challenge, or you’re just passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Either way, we'd love to have you on our team!

What This Role is All About

As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with adults with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and achieve personal goals—big or small. Your days will be varied and rewarding, from assisting with daily activities to creating fun, innovative ways to support each person in reaching their own potential.

You could be helping someone plan a budget, support them in pursuing a new hobby, or accompany them on a community outing. Every person is unique, and so is the support you’ll provide!

  • Compassionate and caring with a positive attitude.
  • Great communicator with a knack for building relationships.
  • Motivated and adaptable, ready to tackle new challenges.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet!

We value our team members and offer great benefits that include:

  • Regular monthly pay with overtime options, so your salary is secure.
  • Flexible hours to fit your life, plus quick interviews and start dates.
  • Professional development: free accredited training and the chance to earn new qualifications as you grow.
  • Support and well-being perks: 28 days of annual leave, pension plan, access to health resources, and an employee assistance line.
  • Discounts and perks: Retail discounts, health cash plans, and even a cycle-to-work scheme.
