Radis Community Care have a opportunity for a part time Support Worker to join our team based in a Gentlemans home in Nuneaton.work set days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 till 15:00 and alternate weekends.

About the role

The role is to support a gentleman with a Brain injury in his own home. this gentleman has 3 dogs, so liking dogs is a must. To provide support with set routines, to support with personal care and everyday lving. The staff member will need to be a driver as the gentleman will need support with appointments, shopping and activities

The role is to promote the gentlemans independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of care.

Shifts, 3 days a week Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday 10 am till 15:00 , Alternate weekends 6am-2pm in the community
