Role Purpose:
As part of our Leadership Academy, you will be instrumental in designing, delivering, and developing leadership and management programmes. This role supports the growth and development of our internally promoted leaders, ensuring they excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and Facilitate: Conduct training, mentoring, and feedback sessions.
Programme Development: Enhance existing curriculum and develop new leadership and management programmes.
Learner Support: Oversee learner recruitment, induction, and progress.
Assessment and Coaching: Evaluate learner needs, provide coaching, and ensure best practices
Performance Monitoring: Measure the impact of training on business performance
stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop tailored training strategies. Record Keeping: maintain accurate records of learner progress and training plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensure training outcomes meet industry standards and internal expectations.
Proactive Engagement: Collaborate with divisional heads and the wider CareTech community.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in leadership development and facilitation.
Enthusiasm for delivering training and helping others grow.
Familiarity with psychometric tools like MBTI (preferred but not essential)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience in a care environment is highly beneficial.
Ability to travel across the UK as needed.
