Our workforce is our biggest asset and we are looking for people who share our vision and values to join our team. We have a fantastic new opportunity for a proven and experienced Contracts Manager to lead on all aspects Adult Social Care contracts with particular focus on:
- Care at Home services
- Extra Care services
- Discharge to assess ILS Flats
About you
The successful candidate must have an eye for detail in overseeing performance, ensuring the services being provided are in line with the KPIs and be able to analyse key information in order to produce reports.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and work closely with a range of stakeholders across health, social care and housing to become an advisor building up strong and effective working relationships.
You will lead on the contract management, ensuring the best outcomes are achieved for the Council including the delivery of value of money and this will require the use of a range of commercial and analytical skills.
Key tasks
- Analyse and report Contract performance to the Line Manager communicate KPIs and other performance to your team.
- Effective management of systems to ensure the contract is meeting the customers` needs and delivering high quality services.
- Compile detailed specifications, cost models and support procurement tendering documentation
Ideally a background in local authority, housing or central government with experience of working within a similar work area.
