• We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring individual who is committed, hardworking and reliable.

This job is part of our Education Support job family which plays a key role in supporting schools to deliver high quality services. In your role you will be part of a team within the school. You will support the delivery of an effective education and curriculum function in line with schools’ policies and procedures.

You would be joining our friendly and forward-thinking schools that genuinely values the well-being of all and one that is committed to supporting your ongoing professional development.

The roles would be based at Shelley First School supporting pupils between the ages of 4 and 10 but could be required to support in any of the schools across out trust with notice.

The ideal candidates will:


• Be able to demonstrate experience of working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND
• Have an interest and focus in supporting children with social, emotional and communication needs.
• Be caring and passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
• Be committed to the safeguarding of all students
• Be highly organised, flexible and adaptable creative in their approach
• Be committed to contributing as part of a successful team
