We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager who will have the opportunity to mould and transform services across the Midlands and South Yorkshire, embedding the vison, mission and values of MHM into the services we deliver. About the role We are seeking a talented individual with proven operational and strategic skills and the ability to provide effective and transformational leadership into the service. We are looking for an inspirational leader with a passion for people and social care, and a desire to shape and develop services to meet the needs of the people we support. You will have management responsibility for a variety of recovery focussed and alternative to crisis services across the Midlands and South Yorkshire where you will be responsible for the performance of the services. You will have a track record of developing excellent relationships with partners in delivery and with commissioners of services. About you You will have proven managerial / supervisory experience in the Health and Social Care sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude. You will hold a relevant Management qualification or be willing to work towards this.
