The Role - Behaviour Mentors
Working as a behaviour mentor, you will be supporting SEN students with their educational journeys. You will be mentoring 1:1 or with small groups as well as supporting the class teachers with adapting the lessons and activities to cater to various needs and abilities.

We have a number or SEN Schools looking for support staff from a mixture of backgrounds e.g. Youth work, social work, tutors, mentors, outreach, social care & mental health
