Service Coordinator - Winter Pressures
Job Location: Princess Royal Hospital, Telford TF1 6TF or Royal Shrewsbury Hospital SY3 8XQ
Hours: 35 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Until 31st March 2025
Salary: £22,781 per annum based on 35 hours per week
Full UK driving licence required and access to your own vehicle for business use (business mileage will be reimbursed)

What does a day in the life of a Service Coordinator involve?
Managing a small team of dedicated staff ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service.
Meeting with our service users and assessing their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll help them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.
Liaising with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links.
Producing and maintaining monthly reports.
What do you need to to be a successful Service Coordinator?
Strong leadership skills and an ability to get the best out of people.
A good knowledge of Health and Social Care services.
Ability to deliver clear written and verbal communications.
IT literacy with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
