This is a Permanent role working 7 hours per week.

Swansea University currently offers 8 full-time degree programmes in Healthcare Science, with 3 new part-time programmes being added for 2024. Healthcare Science sits within the School of Health and Social Care. Nearly all of the commissioned programmes from Welsh Government sit within this School. Healthcare Science is joined by Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Science in the School. This creates a culture of professional training and interdisciplinary education. The successful candidate will join the Healthcare Science academic unit. The Clinical Learning Facilitator in Radiotherapy Physics will be responsible for supporting Radiotherapy Physics students whilst they spend time on placement. The post holder will be ensure suitable training opportunities exist for students I NHS departments throughout Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring placement provision is in place, providing clinical service delivery at the same time as mentoring students.
