The Role
As an administrator, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Futures Together Social Inclusion Team in Essex, including data collection, analysis and being the first point of contact for those enquiring about joining Futures Together. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team, contributing to the provision of tailored interventions and recovery approaches.
About You
To join us as an administrator, you will need:
Relevant experience of working in health and social care, ideally within the field of problematic substance use, mental health, or another comparable field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced service.
Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service
To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and be familiar with database management systems and be able to capture and record data within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, and customer service skills, both written and verbal
Understand complex issues presented by people affected by substances, and/or mental ill health
Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support

Interview Process
We want you to feel comfortable to be your best during the interview process, so that you can get to know Phoenix and we can get to know you. If shortlisted, you will be contacted for a face-to-face interview. There will also be a brief aptitude test to showcase your IT and data collection skills. There will also be volunteers and service users attend the interview.
