Registered Manager - Residential Children's Home (Learning Disabilities)
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + performance incentives up to £10,000 annually

Here’s a rare opportunity to help open and shape a residential home for children with learning disabilities, ASD, and other needs. Located in Spalding, this new facility is dedicated to creating a safe, happy environment where children can thrive. We’re looking for a Registered Manager to take the lead in building a warm, therapeutic, and inclusive atmosphere for young people, with strong staff support and a real focus on professional development.

    Requirements:


      • Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
      • Experience: At least 2 years managing in children’s residential care
