We are looking to recruit a Multidisciplinary (MDT) Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to the clinical teams in Coxheath.
Our administration team is the backbone of our service, providing the support needed to enable the clinical staff to offer an excellent service to our patients.

You will be responsible for effectively managing and chairing the patient
Multidisciplinary meetings.
This work brings together a core group of Health & Social Care colleagues to discuss patient care, and plan treatment options and care outcomes.
You will need to have very good communication skills, be skilled and confident in chairing the meeting, and keeping to time.
You will be supported by an administrative assistant, to ensure the Multidisciplinary meetings are set up and planned effectively.
With support from the admin assistant, you will manage the incoming referrals for the MDT, ensuring all members required are invited, and have appropriate information prior to the MDT.
You will require strong IT skills to ensure all actions are uploaded to the correct systems in a timely way.
