Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Middleton House in Cheltenham GL53
This is a part-time position which will include earlies, lates, and alternate weekends (Shifts are 7:00- 14:30 and 14:30 - 22:00)
At Middleton house there are 49 modern, spacious and energy efficient apartments exclusively for people aged 55 and over.
About the Role
• For those residents who require support, our carers strive to help them to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own apartment and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time. This could be assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing
• Our Care Assistants ensure high quality, seamless independent living for the residents.
• Shifts are 07:00 - 14:00 & 14.00 - 22.00. overnights if you wish and alternate weekends
