What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll lead a team focused on promoting independence and empowerment for young people. Your work will directly impact young lives, as you ensure that the voices of youth, their parents, and carers shape service delivery. You’ll drive positive change in collaboration with our partners in Children’s Services, Education, and SEND. As a leader, you’ll support social workers and practitioners across our locality-based teams, helping them provide tailored support through assessments and plans under the Care Act. You’ll guide the team to creatively use resources, including technology and community assets, to enable young people to live independently. What We’re Looking For We seek a leader with a strong background in adult social care, social work, or OT, along with a deep understanding of legal and safeguarding frameworks.
