We are looking to recruit hardworking, enthusiastic individuals to join our Domestic Services Team located at Fairfield General Hospital.

Post 1. (30 hrs) Monday to Friday - 07.30 - 14.00

Post 2. (12 hrs) Saturday to Sunday - 07.30 - 14.00

Post 3. (15 hrs) Monday to Friday -17.00 - 20.00

You will be part of a team working within our Estates & Facilities department, offering a high quality, flexible and customer focused service. The Domestic Assistant is an important member of the team who helps provide a range of duties across the hospital in a professional manner.

You will be required to carry out specific cleaning and other related duties to set procedures and standards. You will be required to work as part of a team and have the ability to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise the daily duties, whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times. Working in a care or hospital environment and cleaning experience is essential although full training will be given. NVQ Level 1 in cleaning or willingness to work towards is desirable.
