Job Opportunity

We have a number of exciting opportunities for Review Officers to work with a leading independent care provider. The role involves supporting the Mid-Cheshire Branch to deliver a high quality, person-centred, safe service for all our service users. This will be done overseeing our fabulous Support Workers, ensuring they meet the required standards of document completion, practical care, communication and safeguarding to support staff to grow with the Company.


You will act as a 'buddy' to all new starters and support them in their training during probation. You will also be responsible for completing observations, support visits and for ensuring that support plans are kept up to date.

You should be a hard-working individual with a positive attitude as well as possessing the drive and determination to support staff and hold or be willing to work towards a minimum of RQF/NVQ Level 3 qualification.

You must hold a full UK driving licence & have access to own vehicle at all times.

Proposed shift availability is as follows:

  • 7.00 am – 3pm
  • 9.00am – 5pm
  • 1pm – 9pm
  • 6pm – 9pm
